Studies have shown that consumers will spend up to 15% more to do business with someone they trust. With simple, small steps you can eliminate apples to apples comparisons and make yourself the vendor of choice for your clients.

In today’s competitive sales environment and lackluster economy, it’s easy to get into price wars that cut into profit margins, if not eliminating margins altogether. If you’re a business owner or a sales professional, this lunch and learn will cover the techniques you can use to add value to the customer experience, eliminating the easy-to-fall-back-on crutch of being the lowest price in town.

Travis Powell is the Sales Manager for AlphaGraphics in Idaho Falls and Rexburg, overseeing the sales and marketing efforts for both locations. In an industry hit hard by the recession, online competition and an increasing reliance on digital communications, AlphaGraphics Idaho Falls has enjoyed consistent, yearly, double digit growth since opening in April of 2010, increasing its workforce 300% during that time.

Travis serves on the Board of Directors for Help Inc and the Idaho Falls Advertising Federation and was a recent winner of an Idaho Falls Chamber Distinguished Under 40 Award.

for lunch begins at 11:30.
The presentation will run from Noon to 1 p.m.
Cost is $12 for Ad Fed members and $15 for non-members.  As usual, Dixie’s Diner provides a Special Menu with plenty of tasty options.
